Default Gas issues

the gas that I have been using in my MT5 is 87 octane from Citgo, and it
seems that after it sits in the can for about a week that the truck won't run
using the gas. When the gas is fresh ( same day using it) there is no problem.
Should I be using a higher octane gas? I was thinking about going with super 93
from BP. The week old gas still works in the weed eater and leaf blower...so..I don't know.

I recently purchased a 1/5 scale. I only use 93 octane from BP. So far, no issues with week old gas.

make sure you shake the gas can to mix the oil and gas. it separates after it sits for a while.

I use BP or GALP 98 oct fuel, and no problems with 2/3 weeks old fuel.

I use 87 octane and Yamaha dirt bike oil at 25:1. Because I can't run my car very often lately I have been running the same gallon of fuel for 4 or 5 months. As RCNut said just shake up the fuel can AND car if fuel is in the car tank before running it. My car starts on the 4 - 5 pull everytime.

I routinely run 'old' fuel in my Zen G260RC and lawn equipment with no problems at all.
