I have dealt with them twice.

The first time the ordering went okay. Took about 10 business days to reach my house. (I'm in the midwest)

The second time I ordered on June 15. Online it said the order shipped on June 25. Well, it didn't. I called them on July 2nd asking the status. Some guy on the phone told me that part of my order was "lost" in the warehouse. Whatever the hell that meant. He said the parts would definitely be shipping on July 6. Well, I waited until last Thursday and finally had enough. I opened a dispute case with PayPal because they wouldn't answer any of my e-mails. That did the trick. They sent a delivery confirmation number to me so now I'm just waiting to see if the parts actually show (they mailed the parts the DAY AFTER I opened my complaint, July 13th).

My hope was they would do a little better customer service and support wise, but they have been one big disappointment. I would rather order my parts from Hobbythek in Germany than have to deal with them again.

I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about parts from these guys to NOT order from them. They popped into different forums in May acting like they would be a huge supporter of the large scale hobby, but that does not seem to be the case. If they can defend their actions (or inactions) then maybe I would order from them again, but with the e-mails that I sent and phone calls, it doesn't sound like they give a damn.

thanks for the reply,i just filed a claim with paypal,and now i know better than to order from them again

A claim is the best way to light a fire under their butts it seems. The guy I'm working with has been pretty good about finding out about the parts (his name is Karlton). I've received some parts, but others are on backorder. Which parts did you order? I'm waiting for some shock ends and shock rebuild kits. I've got two shock ends that are literally stretched out but still work. I have to put some fuel tubing to keep the play to a minimum. Hopefully their company is just going through some growing pains. I'll be waiting before I order from them again though, if ever again.

Did you ever get your issue resolved? I still haven't received all my parts (6 weeks). I have pushed my dispute to a PayPal claim now. I just want what I didn't receive refunded to me. I will not ever purchase from them again.

I had them added out there. It is a great place for online shopping if you are looking at a place you have never heard of (especially with electronics).

I'll leave feedback as soon as PayPal decides on the claim, maybe sooner.

Well, I received most of my parts from them. Not all but most of them. I guess I'll just see if they ever send me the backordered parts (tqrc). I received almost the entire first order from them again (I'm not going to complain about duplicated parts) so I closed my PayPal claim.
