My first run at FBF
Ran today,just a few pics my wife took.I got there later than what i wanted.But overall ran ok.
i gotta adjust,to much understeer clipped the barrier.rc

Cool... Nice to get a perspective of the tank on there... What's the lane width these days? I know for 5th scale under Roar rules they are supposed to be 15' wide...

This track has 1or2 places where its meets the 15ft rule.Its more 1/8 1/10 scale compliant..
Dont know where else to run there,hoping more 5th show up next time.

Come on out.. Nice relaxed day... We intimidate the little cars off the track...
Brian, swapping over the front hubs and the rear brakes during the week... Don't want a repeat of what happened...
I don't know if you thought about it... But there's a kill switch that goes into the 3rd or 4th channel and you can assign a button to kill the motor, I think it will also kill the motor if you lose radio signal...

Let me know if sat is good like after2:30pm to go back to fbf.Im not going out to LI for a while

kg2mb if u want we can meet up Sat at 3pm at FBF. I also wont be able to make LI this weekend. Im going out Sun morning on a Boat charter fishing. So my Sun is pretty much done after that !

Someone sugested that i try running near the basketball facility supposed to be flat and alot of room
to run the tank i havent bin in 2nd gear yet.so must look into that area.rc

Hey 2pock and kg2mb, we're starting to get a nice showing of 5th scales down at Ronkonkoma. I see you can't make it this Sun, but you really should try to come down. I know it's a hike, but it will definitely be worth it. Huge, flat, smooth and challenging track. The new layout is awesome. VERY high speed sweeper going into a huge straight. You'll hit top speed in the first 1/4 of the back straight and it's all adrenaline from there! Hope you guys can make it down soon.

Checking the weather for saturday looks good so far..anyone know where in FbF the basketball
facility is?Was told in the badboyhobbies forum that its a good spot to run the tanks.rc

How would everyone feel about a road trip to Maryland and running at 301 raceway??? I've been chatting with a few guys down there and they'd like to get 5th scale back up.... Maybe we could get a once a month point series going next year...
