Tower has very few. You can get an alloy diff housing from them when they have it in stock. If they dont' you can order from largescalerc.com and ask for the fg alloy diff housing ($80). They have a few other alloy parts as well.
As for steel pinions, Hobbythek is really the only option I'm aware of. The Carson/XTM/Duratrax/Smartech are all pretty much the same except maybe for anodizing and electronics.
For tuned pipes, you might try davesmotors.com.
