hi all, i have a fg monster truck and was thinking of upgrading the plastic gear plate to a alloy one, but ive been told if i do this i will need to fit a modded brake kit. is this true???

i'd think you'd need to fit a brake kit to that alloy plate showed above..

yes that is part # 7474 and youll need part # 7497 to go with it .. then if you want the tuning kit thats another # 8449
