MCD has very bad part support.
Here in the US there are many FG dealers and parts ,stock and high performance are both easy to come by.
The MCD is also about $400 More for a roller vs FG that will just need electronics.

The all new Sportline 04 edition or the new comp series is an outright beast and for the money you cant go wrong!

There is a large dealer/distributor for MCD here in hte states now and they stock a lot of parts. Some FG dealers(see below) also sell the MCD line and can get whatever you need.

I guess it all comes down to is what you plan on doing with the onroad car. Are you just getting it to run around parking lots for fun, or do you have plans on racing?

I've never had any problems getting parts for any of my MCD vehicles from LargeScaleRC.com. I bought my MCD rally car from them and the car is more than I ever expected. This car is a racer, a drifter, and a joy to drive. To get the car to drift, simply bolt on 4 "white spot" tires and drift away! To get the car to stick, put your "blue spots" on and drive away from the competition.

I would put my money on a 4wd car over a 2wd any day. If you don't believe me, take them both to a parking lot, set up some obsticles, and see which one prevails.

I really like both cars because of their quality, but I prefer the MCD for it's driving characteristics. Go for the MCD. You won't regret it. Enjoy!
