oops I forgot to mention,
this is the big gas engine used in some large planes and 1/4 and 1/5 buggies and cars,
it looks like a zenoah rip off so I wonder if a zenoah header will fit?

If you find that it will fit make sure you use the correct thread for the attaching bolts. Bolts made to fit CY and Zenoah will be a metric thread and the ones needed for an american engine will most likely be an inch thread. Found that out when I lost one out of my Zen and had to search 3 or 4 hardware stores to find a replacement. Good Luck!
