Default Spark plugs for stock Baja Engines

What are you guys running in place of the stock plug if anything? Or keep it stock? Notice any difference in stock and another brand? Just curious...

Stock NGK plug. There is a hotter heat range but not necessary. I suggest contacting your local fullsize parts store for the plugs, they are about $3.50 each from Auto stores if they can get them, if not www.davesmotors.com have them for cheap.

NGK CMR7H for off road is fine or CMR8HSA for touring cars/hotter conditions are good for any Zenoah engines.

I prefer to stick with NGK. They have been the FACTORY plug in 2-stroke bikes, saws, weedwhackers and the like for many, many years. About 10 years ago I tried every plug on the market in my jetski and the only one that lasted more than one outing was the NGK. I run the NGK CMR7H in my baja, and if available I run NGK in ALL my stuff, including our REAL cars.

just for clarification a hotter plug is used in lower performance applications, it being a "hot" plugs simply means the plug is less able to cope with higher temperatures and pressures, and less effective at transmitting heat from the plug to the cooling system, so generally you won't a cold plug.
