I have got fg eco line with g2d no problems with pullstart , fg monster beetle - no problems, have smartech spider pro - CY - broken starter ratchet (buy aluminum) now broken

is the pull start assembly brand new or has it been used alot ?? sounds like the spring has become old and weak , and if it destroyed your alloy starter prong id be suspicious of the prongs on the flywheel maybe damaged

No flywheel is ok
this is new model after two tanks not used a lot
the aluminium starter ratchet is a bit thicker
I bought a new rope pulley -waiting for this

i dont know but maybe the flywheel has come into contact with the starter sprawl when your engine was running , while the engine was running you DIDNT pull the cord again did you lol , thats a sure and quick way of stuffing it up
