Well, I have to say that right now, the FG is more fun than the Baja, so I'll work on the Baja first (that 23 engine has no guts at all) and play with the FG. Then when the Baja is done, I'll want to play with that for a while, and I'll fix up the FG.
My Baja will be pretty (as pretty as yours sheo, eventually), but even after all this stuff in the initial post, it will have a long way to go. I have a very clear vision in my mind of how I want it to be, so it's just a case of releasing budget a little at a time, until it's done. I've mentioned before, it will be ALL black. This will mean eventually changing all the purple alloy for carbon fibre, the black chassis from HPI, black alloy beadlocks, even black alloy arms, etc. All that will be a LOT of money, but it's all in the plans. By Christmas I will have it finished I reckon, but you'll all be impressed enough I think, with how it will be in two weeks. It will be radically different from what it is like today.

yes, post up some pics. i love to see other people baja's. i just got into them myself, i bought an ss in january and love it. foxy, i'm knda going the same route(a black baja) but i'm not going to the extend that your visioning. but just like you have have a ways to go, i'm just buying a few parts here and there to. so far i have a 28.5 head kit, medium x-port on exhaust, outerwears pre-filters on the pull star and air filter, the inner screen mod, dark soul axle extenders, bigg bruce's dark smoke window kit, lunatic's whip flag, cbe lights with modifiers front light bar(all run on a lipo with a remote battle switch) outerwear shock covers, 3800 mah batt, badland rear tires, and a backwards clutch. and i still have a ways to go, i think next will be the 813 carb. i've been reading about a 1/2 hp gain from it. for $60 it's worth a shot. it's alot of fun along the way and i look forward to buying more hop-ups. good luck with yours. p.s. don't forget to show and tell
