Couple questions, whats the HP rating on a stock SS Baja with the hpi pipe? I'm looking at getting a new headkit for mine and was wondering how much i'll be gaining. Also if i do get a head kit thats a 29cc is my stock carb still going to work or do i need to replace that?

I would strictly guess but it is probably about 3 HP plus whatever the pipe gives you ....Carb will be okay ...they are pretty much interchangable with all the CY motors,,,,,

If your thinking 29cc go for the cy gp290 28.5cc I put this head on my 5b and it pulls wheelies no problem now, loads of power. I also have the billet cy 29cc "headkit" and It's ok but the 28.5cc is better in my opinion. And yes your carb will work just fine. Good luck
