I ordered the steel gears for the fs buggy may 9th from oversizerc at the time they were the only place to get them they stated on thier website that the shipping date was May16th
http://www.oversizerc.com/p/511475/a...ter-truck.html

I emailed them many ,many times even using ebay auctions.... no responce until I filed a paypal claim on June 10 then I got this

From Seller: auctioncityaustralia.com.au on 6/10/2008 10:20 PDT
hi mark, as promised we have resent this order out to you today,in full, we have used the Delivery Confirmation used by australi post so you will have to actually sign for delivery, it shouldnt be more than 8 days, sincere aplogies, apparently we didnt register the first order and hence couldnt track it down, thanks again, the metal gears are tough sure youll like them ill post some pics of the gears up on the site tomorrow so you can check them out
my responce

From Buyer: mark on 6/11/2008 12:01 PDT
I will wait till the 27th of this month to see if he package arrives, today is the 11th, so that gives the package 16 days to get to me, not just 8 days......if I still have nothing at that time I will request a refund....i know how it is in the RC world....everybody get a fair chance....sometimes it takes awhile
Then this came 13 days later ..... on June 24th

From Seller: auctioncityaustralia.com.au on 6/24/2008 10:22 PDT
Gday ther, please tell me these have arrived, or ill be happy to resend them to you express, i sincerely apolgise, our email has delted all email for the last 16 months and we are in a tight spot, i will also please get the deliver adress again, and is it the Monster or Buggy gears, i will check myself the order again, thankyou

From Buyer: mark on 6/24/2008 10:50 PDT

Man, I must have really lucked out.
I got my MT from them in about 2 weeks.
I have heard nothing but horror stories about their shipping and customer service from everyone else.

Eddie strikes again...
2 months to get my FS MT, but I never did get the parts package I was promised.
And, I had similar stories about email issues, etc.
I'm quite sure that if I hadn't filed a PayPal claim, I would never have received anything.
His prices are enticing, but it's not worth enduring his Russian roulette style of doing business.

I've only ordered one thing from them, it came but it took like 8 weeks.

It's really sad to see so many online dealers who have absolutely no clue how to run a business.

Where is this company at? Sounds Australian. Personally I wouldn't order anything from over sea.

Out of couriosity did he post pics like he said he would? I would demand money back.

Resent it out in full?....Sounds like they never sent it at all.

Why would he ask if they've arrived? He should know if they haven't been signed for. Why would he resend them again? That would be 3 items just floating around in the mail. Unless you've recieved a tracking # yourself then it never happened.

That sucks Dude. Sounds like my old Boss who bounced every other pay check and took out taxes but come tax season the taxes where not reported. My return was 0 and he got himself I nice new boat. I quit and two years later his boat some how sank. You should sink this guy's boat[>:]

It's sad really, everyone and their pet dog seems to own an online hobby shop selling chinese stuff, and no one knows how to deal with customers...

When the FS cars first popped up, I enquired about buying a pallet and about pricing. We exchanged emails for a couple of days, then suddenly all communication stopped. I even started sending replies with just 'Hello?' in the message. Gave up after a couple of weeks. Total jokers.

Are these guys some kind of scammers. I think if I owned a business I would make more money if I sold stuff. A pallet of merch would be a good sale for both parties. It just don't make since.

I finally got my stuff but I had a problem with a .com company which I won't name. No phone number listed just unanswered e-mails. I know the feeling. Money order got returned cuz PO box was closed. Then did paypal and order arrived with missing parts. For now on I'll only deal with big name people with good contact info.

No, they're not scammers, they're just very slack. I had heard exactly the same problems from the other entity AuctionCityAustralia.

Hopefully they'll be able to get their act together eventually.
