Default Baja 5B SS Problem

Hi, I have a fairly new SS and for some reason now the back wheels won't spin freely. The brakes seem to be not locked on or anything so that's not the problem. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks.

Default RE: Baja 5B SS Problem

what about the diff. try holding the spur gear and spinning one wheel. is it smooth. what about the spur gear? easy, just look. your gona some how have to check the bearings too. if a bearing is bad, it will get hot and melt bearing seat. more common in the rear hubs and clutch carrier. are you sure the brakes arent dragging? WITH MOTOR OFF (sorry, ya never no!!) pull the throttle back and see if the linkage releases. start with those things and see what happens
