No oil required would be good to use some loctight on the screws and let it sit for 24hours before you run it.

Keep a eye on the screws... They can get loose overtime.

Use some high temp silicon sealant between all joints, locktite bolt's, and let sit overnight.

you supposed to smear some gasket maker on both sides of the gaskets , then with both gaskets put one gasket first on the pipe then that heat sink in the middle then the second gasket infront of the heat sink then screw the bolts on with some medium threadlock if you can be bothered ortherwise just keep checking the bolts tightness from time to time and after running dont overtighten the bolts when the baja has been running when its HOT you could snap the bolts like that or the head , sometimes even when you put loctite on the bolts it still can come loose so every now and then keep checking it

Just use the gaskets, that is what they are for. Sealant can spread out and get in the way, the only time you would need sealant is if you had a water cooled sytem, for example the intake in your real car that has high preasure.

lol it doesnt get in the way and if some does it shoots out the exhaust hole when you rev the crap out of it , and trust me you NEED to smear a thin layer of gasket silicon on the gaskets otherwise it WILL leak all over your tranny case when you run it , i know cos its happened to me
