Hi Migurami23
Was this meeting held here? http://www.milestonemx.com/
If so, is there a website for the RC racing. Very nice track, we dont have many dirt tracks in the UK now, most have gone astro turf.
Nice to see you guys racing these cars now, would like some info on race meetings or was this a one off meeting.
Regards
Steve

Yes. The rc racing information is on the web pg you got.
I have notice on you tube that most of the racing in UK or Europe is on astro turf why?
This was one of 6 races.there is more information on www.hpi.com it will tell you all about the meetings and racing.

Cheers mate, thanks for that.
Most of the tracks in the UK and some in Europe is the amount of repair work needed on the track.
40-80 racers with hard spiked tyres will finish a track in 20 minutes depending on conditions. Plus, when you dont have a lot of helpers, this puts stress on track staff. Astro turf is almost a fit and forgot, a little weed wacking around the edges and sorted for racing.

40-to-80 racers man that’s a lot. it makes perfect sense why you use astro turf.
We only average like 20 racers so far. Well hopefully the 1/5 scale keeps growing in the USA
And one day we will have 40-to-80 racers and more race tracks, so that we don’t have to drive so far to race.
Especially with gas prices so high.

[&o] Yeh, we to have BIG fuel prices, $13 a gallon [:@] Im sure its not long before you have many largescale racers, they just need to see the light...lol Bashing is fun, but racing is better
I have asked my sponsor's if there is any chance of getting out to your Baja nationals, if not, then next year Im sure some of us will come over to race and have some fun.

$13.00 a gallon, man I thought $4.00 was bad. I agree bashing is fun but racing is so much better.
Well if you can make it out here to race, all I can tell you is that racing in the dirt is fun.
and the racers in California are crazy when it comes to racing.
I was turnmarshelling and got hit by a baja 5b and cut my arm with the tires spinning at full speed.
I just started racing and its just to much fun!!!
hope you can make it out here.

We are not. Looking to build a new on-road only track there are so many off road places but no on-road.
