813 carb. issue
I just got my 813 carb today, I went to install it and there isn't any where to hook pu the throttle, did I order the wrong carb? Or is there a quality controll issue with this one?
right is the 813 and left is the 603.
this is the carb I ordered
another view, left is the 813 and right is the 603

you ordered the wrong carb. you need the one with the modified shaft. go back to ddm's site and you'll figure it out.
remember modified shaft!

Yep, you ordered the wrong carb. You ordered DDM part AV521 without the modified shaft and you needed part number AV522 with the modified shaft. Since you already have the carb without the modified shaft you could just order the modified shaft Cyclops mentioned.

RE: 813 carb. issue
All figured out, thanks for the replies guys. When I was reading through the info it clearly states it to be a replacement upgrade carb for the Zen. I thought the modified shaft was just that modified, I was not aware that there were diffenent throttle linkage hookups.
It's all good though, I ordered the modified shaft and a 27.2cc bb kit with a 2mm stuffed stroker crank.
Thanks again guys.

Glad you got it sorted out..You will love the head kit & crank..I have the 29CC head kit and stuffed crank..That motor is a screamer...
Did you ask about the head porting?..To be done.........813 will work better when ported..But you can run ok with out porting the head..
