Default Engine Help pls....

i have this 26cc fuelie,i'm having hard time putting back the piston to cylinder sleeve/head, it's just so tight and i don't want to force it in, did i miss something here? what's ur technique? thanks in advance...

btw, i tried oiling it and even heating it with blower....

It aint easy unfortunately, you have to hold the piston ring taught so it can go into the cylinder.

Watch DarkSoul and Fast Eddie put a CY "Fuelie" back together again. In this vid, they put the piston back into teh cylinder

have you made sure the ring gap is where it should be (either side of the pin)??

lube up the piston and cylinder with 2stroke oil , then hold sqeeze the ring keeping at the piston locator pin and gently put the cylinder back on always trying to keep an eye on the piston ring when doing so to make sure you havnt rotated the ring
