Baja 5T bumper on 5B buggy
Has anyone installed 5T fron bumper onto the 5B? It looks like it would be interchangable. I would be interested to see what it looks like.

Yes it is. I just put a 5T bumper on my 5B last night. I am doing the full conversion. This is what it looks like-
It bolts right up and comes with all of the parts. I think it would look pretty silly with a buggy body though.

Is it just a matter of purchasing the replacement bumper? or are there other parts required that dont come with the front bumper.

You would need the front bumper, front skidplate and body mount parts from HPI to make it work, plus you would need the KC lites too if you wanted them. It's about $60 in parts.

Thanks for the tip there Dale.
I did some poking around on the net, and the bumper skid guard costs about $25USD and the bumper itself costs about $17USD. I have not found the light holders, nor have I checked out S&H costs. Maybe this would all cost about $45 with S&H and no lights
