hello
the best way to get more speed from your set up now is to drop down to stadium wheels.
as for monster truck body yes you can convert but you need a kit including body mounts and shell.
but i would leave it as it is,you have the best balance of everything.
check out my fg beetle here and tell what you think of her,i have £££££ spent, its complete elcon alloy and i painted all the shells myself.
i also have a varity of onroad cars.
your welcome to comment on the vids 2
here is mine and link for thread here.

Ah, k...
Um...so it already has monster rims on it though, yeh? If so, stadium truck wheels would make it a fair bit quicker over short distances, but lower the top speed, if that's what you're aiming for. If it has buggy wheels on it, then really the same applies, increasing wheel diameter of the driving wheels will increase top speed. See what pinion and spur it has as well and consider going to a larger pinion/smaller spur combination. That will make a good difference. All these changes though will sap the low end from your engine, so compensate by getting a hi-torque pipe, they make a big difference to low end which is great for high geared cars with big wheels. If you have money to spend, you could consider getting an outrageous engine like Dan's here, but try the above stuff first. Then remind yourself that speed costs money; how fast do you want to go?
