RE: My Nutech TBII Pro Race kit is on the way
I have the adapters but do not have a set of 4 with the same wheels and tries to run them being my HPI baja is 2 wheel drive. But I do have another set of wheels and bead locks coming and all I need is tiers and foams. I really like the way stock tires look better but until I try different ones hard to say.

The std Nutech TB2 tyres are great for hard packed surface, I have been using FG Marder buggy wheels in soft/loamy dry dirt. But I have just received some of these from Nutech and will try out they are much the same as FG but softer and alot cheaper

RE: My Nutech TBII Pro Race kit is on the way
I was in the process of taking my TBII Pro Racer all apart to change the diff oil. Received an email from Chris of Nutech and found out the diff oil that came in it from the factory is REAL close to what I deiced to start with. Only difference was the front and to start with I think I am going to go with what is in it.
On shock oil I am use to 10,20,30 weight, Chris told me it came with 1K. How does this compare to what I am use to?
Place two orders yesterday and hope to place another one Friday. Need to get in touch with Kent at Killer RC to see if he has the kill switch I want in stock and hopefully I will have everything I need to put it together. Need to get some more paint as I ran out of what I had yesterday after ALL MOST finishing it. [X(] Will keep all posted.

if the system of measure is the same as fg 1000 then I found it to be about 80wt...there is a table somewhere with all the conversions...i'll try and find it again cos it's real handy.
can't wait to see your paint job...i have to start on mine pretty quick here

My paint job will not be anything fancy it will look just like other Rebel Racing race machines. LOL Biggest thing I will need to make it like all my others is white wheels. Willy the US Nutech importer is ordering some.

I think I now have everything I need to get my TBII pro running on order. Do to the great Thanksgiving deals I saved money per item but spent more. LOL
I picked up another partial sponsor and would like to thank Kent of Killer RC! Been using his kill switches since he uses to be PB kill switches and they have worked flawlessly. He all so has some other great products like his LIFE batteries.

According to the UPS tracking number I should have my bolt order late tomorrow. My engine is ready except the clutch bolt.

What engine did you decide to go with? Probably a smart choice to go with the 5B filter, did you get the Nutech filter to try?

RE: My Nutech TBII Pro Race kit is on the way
It is just basically a stock CY 26 engine. I just through a bunch of new parts I had laying around together. I bid on a bunch of parts on eBay but only win a few as I darn near have to steel them. LOL I have a ported 28.5 and a ported 30.5 if I ever get off my butt and match the cases with the cylinders and put them together. Yes I have the alloy Nutech filter and will give it a try but where I race is normally very dusty and when I show it for the first time do not want to spend time cleaning the filter while answering questions. I am all so going to do like you and give the stock exhaust a try. I have the Nutech alloy can I will be trying. Have a couple of other pipes I am going to see if I can make them work as well.

cool engine,clutch and pipe
cant wait to see a vid of this new beast in action....
in fact what pipe is that? man that is as straight as humanly possible from exhaust port, there should be good PUNCH from that engine when running..
