why not??race it with any 5th scales man! im getting ready for drag racing in brooklyn,ny this season..ill give it a shot..im gonna set up my fg stadium for drag racing..most guys runs fg bajas.

dont worry the event only wants around 10 bajas to run i think..its a limited spot ..go to bajafest by hostile racing..they have 4wd run againts 4wd also..

That's the plan...just liked the aspect that it was close to me distance-wise. I'm not trying to rain on anybody's parade but it seems like there are a lot of 5th scale folks who would like to compete. I just get tired of all these close-minded race requirements when there are numerous options in large scale. No blood, no foul....

There is nothing 'close minded' about it. The race is being sponsored by a company that caters to Baja specific vehicles. They are providing the sponsorship to host this race, and being a Baja focused company, that's all they want to run. It's nothing about being close minded, it's catering to who they are trying to get business off of. I understand you are using tires on an FG that are Hostile Hobbies, but those tires from what I gather aren't specifically meant for that vehicle. Hostile is holding another race in June as you have been pointed out on another forum that welcomes ALL 1/5th scale, why not go to that?

bajafest was made for the bajas only but last year rob was kind enough to run the mcd,rampage and i think fg in the event.you just cant run againts bajas but u can run againts other 4wd.
