Default Wheel coming off

The center aluminum nut keeps coming off and the rear wheel goes rolling on by the baja. Is there a fix? The only fix I can think of is blue loc-tite. Will this work? Thanks for the input.

Yeah, I've never had a problem with those nuts, but maybe the KM ones aren't knurled.

I have it facing the right way. I think the problem is I stripped the pinion gears in the differential so I modified the rear end and made it posi. I didn't have a problem until I did that, the wheel nut only comes off one side.
