Default DDM alloy fancover

I ordered a ddm alloy fancover and some other alloy parts ie gas cap, pullstart, engine cover when i got to fitting the fan cover i noticed it wouldnt fit flush to the engine casing as it had 2 raised parts ("nipples" lol cant think of another word to describe it) by the left and right middle screws??

Did anyone else has this problem and did you just grind it down?

I got the gas cap and engine cover fitted but cant fit the rest til ive installed the fancover so may have to grind it down in work today will post some pics when finished

cheers guys

I was going to do that turbo but the time and finish wouldnt have been half as good and the cover parts were cheap enough
Was looking at an alloy rollcage next but the one ive seen hasnt got the middle down bar for the windows to attach too []
