hpi baja 5b rf-10 failsafe

ok guys n gals i have read many posts on here but none really seem like a match for my issue. i have the rf-10 failsafe in my baja (stock reciever). i have ran the baja a few times this week and last night i recharged the battery then cleaned everything an done my routine maint. well today i plug in my battery turn on remote, extend antenna, reach down an turn on the car. and noticed the failsafe was blinking. so i thought maybe i had a charge issue with my battery and used 2 more battery packs and with all the same results i even called my buddy to bring me his battery pack. but the wierd thing is i have normal operationg on my steering just no throttle. and if i switch the positions with throttle an steering i can operate the throttle but no steering. so i know the servo is good an not jammed. i can even adjust the failsafe throttle position screw an watch it turn. just can not activate the servo in its channel with the remote. and yes batteries in both are fresh. BUT I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH PLEASE HELP

sounds like your failsafe isnt getting a signal from your receiver.... what are the colors on your servo wires?

the failsafe is built into the reciever here is a pic and a few small specs on it http://www.wheelspinmodels.co.uk/car...Failsafe__848/

make sure your trim is at zero or neutral- sometimes they wont arm unless its centered. other than that, im kinda stumped.....

ok here is what i believe is wrong and how i came to conclude this. the tx/rx i have is a 3 ch setup. if the steering servo is working just fine in ch 1 an the throttle servo works just fine in ch 1 and neither work in ch 2. there is also a 3rd ch it is only a switch but its there none the less, if i take the throt. servo n plug it into the on/off switch for ch 3 i can make it move back n forth. therefore i think that channel 2 in my receiver is burn up which really blows. but then again ch 2 would phase out whenever there is a problem weither it be a battery or tx or crystal problem since ch 2 is the throttle servo and it is a failsafe receiver.
