RE: British sports car, project.
vassili, love the progress so far everything looks great. but i would like to pick at your brain for a moment if you dont mind. After seeing this project it has inspired me to finally take a chance at making a sclae replica of my truck (06 colorado extreme). how did you correctly align the placement of the headlights and keep the lines level for the front grill, tailights etc. im thinking of taking a similar path as to how you made your mold but with a few variations. do you think it would be easier to use modeling clay to make the final form over the wood buck?
|
RE: British sports car, project.
The important piece to placement and keep the lines level based on jigs, simple but a lot and not to the filling material.
This work need more hours to consider and thing about the fasion than to sandpaper. |
