The Eastern Soaring League will be coming to Long Island this weekend for some unlimited sailplane flying fun.

We will have two one day contests, so you can come for Saturday, or Sunday or both. There will be awards each day and an overall weekend champion.

I hope you can make it because we are going to have a grand time.

The grass is cut, the weather looks good and we have 32 pilots registered. The only thing missing is you.

SATURDAY – Partly Sunny. Slight chance of a morning sprinkle but clearing with sun coming out. High around 78 degrees with winds of 6 mph going to 10 in the afternoon. Looks like a great flying day for the ESL.
