spoilers for aspire
I have an Aspire powered glider and need any information on adding spoilers to it.
I have seen references to Graupner spoilers.
Any help appreciated
Thanks Rich

RE: spoilers for aspire
rich,
forgett the graepner spoilers. to heavy and most likely will not fit in the aspires wing.(i know i own one). you could add barn door type spoilers with out too much difficulty. biggest problem being installing the tubing for the thread to run in. if you need more info contact me and i'll send you a set of plans.

I agree with Kamakasi, your best bet would be to add "barndoor-type" spoilers, but even so, it would be a major job, you will have to tear off a good part of the covering, make and install the spoilers, make a servo bay, and somehow thread in the wiring for the servo.
