Default Standard vs Micro servo

I'm putting the finishing touches on a GP Spectra. I have two standard servos I could use, but I also have a micro and I'm willing to purchase a second one if they'll work ok. My concern is having enough torque to control the rudder and elevator. I see that standard servos have about three times the torque of the micros. My question being, are the micros strong enough for the application. I'm wanting to use the micros because I need to shift the battery pack towards the rear to achieve the proper CG. Using micro servos would give me the space I need.

Thanks!

Default RE: Standard vs Micro servo

On the recommendation of my LHS, I have used NES341s for rudder and elevator in my Spirit Elite.

"Plenty for the job".
