It is great for the slope, and not that good for thermals.
But good fun for the money.

I agree with speedsterDEN, to heavy for most thermal flying. Thats not to say it wont thermal, but at around 25+ ounces per square foot wing loading, it's a tank! But for slope soaring, that extra weight really helps it penetrate.
