It's been out of production for quite a few years now. You might find an old kit, but there aren't many left around.
I flew a Monarch C a number of years ago, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. One of the best of the non-DLG era handlaunches.
http://www.djaerotech.com/ might be willing to part with plans, but I don't think so. At the same time, it never hurts to ask.

Thanks I'll give it a try!! Does anybody know of a similar hand launch that I can try. Something maybe in the sub 100 range. I'm looking for something that is very light like 9-12 oz.

MM Glider Tech Illusion is a sweety, but I would definltely glass reinforce the fuse. I used a piece of shapped roller-blade wheel for the nose tip to concentrate some weight up there and add little cushion on bonks, too.
I loved the stable way it flew and signaled lift. Beef the whole fuse and expand the wing hold downs a bit (mine popped out a couple times)and the default wing and tail just do fine.
