Default HELP/INFO on BlueBird servos

I have been researching servo options for a plane ever since I read in the manual that servos in the sub .20oz of torque was needed and posts on RCU with servos weighing 3X's that much being used for added torque.

I fly JR radios and use many Hitec flight packs, HS81 are IMHO substandard and I use the HS85MG for rc combat owning in excess of 2 dozen. So what I believe I am looking for this project is a servo that weighs in around .5 oz and produces .30+ oz of torque for the speed envelope of 3D flying ie. less than 20MPH. My goal is to weigh in around 20 to 25 ounces ready to fly and have 40-50 ounces of thrust from a powerplant.

These are some calculator programs I've used to help me get to this point:

So here is a servo options at the top of my list but I know nothing about it, any input??
