small pod and boom glider
hey i was wondering what things you would have in a 30-35 inch wingspan composite glider. i have some experiance building airplanes and working with composites but i am all out of ideas.......thats where you come in.!.
so far i have this,
1. 30-35inch wingspan
2. pod and boom fuselage
3. carbon fiber boom and holder for electronics
4. semi-eliptical airfoil
5. t-tail or v-tail
thats about it.......thats for any replies!!

A small micro discus launch glider would be kind of cool. Something with a relatively low aspec ratio that looks a lot like an enlarged free flight handlaunch glider? For better yaw damping in the launch it should probably use a rear fin conventional tail.

Jeep...
Ya left a lot of information out of your initial question.
Got radio already? R/C flying experience.... et. al.
Take a look at Liftworx.com That seeker is 42" but Scobie can have you in the air for a couple hundred bucks if you have nothing to start with. Far less if you already have radio gear.

Check out [link=http://www.liftworx.com]LiftWorx[/link], and look at the [link=http://www.liftworx.com/pages/seeker.html]Seeker[/link]. It's a good example of a plane like what you are talking about building. I plan on building one as soon as I have $216.50 to rub together. Guess I need a radio too...
