I'm in the process of finishing one as I speak. The kit is great and has a few inovative ideas. I gennerally build, test fly and sell, so watch my adds for the price and opinion.

it is the flapless version. we have ailerons set up for crow. we flew sunday but did not use the crow setting. it flys nice but one must be easy on the ailerons in turning as too much it will stall out.

Sounds nice.
So keep turns gentle huh. About 30 degrees bank?
Would cutting the aileron throws back help?
What motor/ battery pack/ESC are you using?

Have you coinsidered Lipoly packs to cut back a tad on weight?
A buddy and I were discusiing this recently when talking about the Condor.
2 x 2S2P 2600 Ma/H Lipoly packs would give the same voltage and 5200 Ma/H, (for double the duration) at nearly 40 % less pack weight than the NiMH cell packs recommended by Hobby Lobby.
