Default Question re: frequencies - URGENT!

Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to use a transmitter on a 72-mHz frequency in Ukraine? I had been told that this is, in fact possible, but not vice versa. Can anyone confirm? If not, what frequencies are used there?

I need an answer to these questions ASAP!

Hre is the text of the post:

Hi guys,

I'm one of the Moscow Team, that was Mike flying with in Russia.

I would like to say many thanks to Mike for participation in our training event.

Also thanks for all your kind words, guys.

Regarding your questions - we are using 35MHz and 40MHz frequencies and Futaba radios. Futaba connectors are some different from JR and Airtronics, but can be used together.

We are very grateful for your invitation to participate in your events. The main trouble is the visa processing - it takes up to 10 weeks and require an official invitation.

We also invite you to participace in our events. 2005 contest schedule will be available in January.

Here are some Mike photos from Moscow:
