I am getting into flying small gliders and am having trouble finding small battery packs for the radio. My local hobby shop can only get down to a 550 mah size. I found nothing small in the Tower catalog. The directions for my Zagi thl kit say to use a 110mah to keep it light. Any sources would be helpful. Thanks, SR

110 mah. Is that NICD o NIMH?

1/2AAA 4 cell nimh are about 300 mah. That is a tiny pack. That is what I have in my 6 ounce DLG

What kind of glider are you flying? How small?

I wouldnt go below 270mah. That gives you well over an hour on a charge, and with the 110 I bet you end up with nose weight anyway, even in a THL. I used 270's in the Zagi LE's I used to combat.
