Please help me find anodized control horns, linkage etc, PLEASE
Dear forum,
I'm originally from Germany, relocated to San Diego and I'll try to explain what Im looking for as good as I can:
I am about to build my 2nd Laser 2MC, and do not want to some of the parts that came with the kit.
4 years ago I bought a pack of parts at my local hobby store that included, all in bright blue anodized aluminum:
2 aileron horns
2 flap horns
1 horn that is V-shaped, it actually fits horizontally INTO the Rudder itself. Hard to explain. instead of placing two horns, one one the left and one on the right of the rudder you actually cut the rudder horizontally a bit, slide this V-shaped horn in and now you have a great Pull-Pull setup.
1 large L-shaped push-pull elevator assembly. You know, the one that rotates around a brass tube and you have two carbon rods (one main and one stabilzing, and they are not supplied) that hold/guide your elevator.
Can anyone help?
I surfed all of the web and cannot find it. Possible manufacturer was Great Planes, but I might be completely off.
Thank you
Götz

Thank you Dagny!
I was actually looking for horns that go onto the control surfaces (flaps, aileron, rudder) and not the servos. But yes, thank you for helping me out, I really appreciate it!
Best regards,
Götz

I looks like you have some cool sailplanes, BUT you website needs work, it's unreadable. I know that when I had a website it looked one way on my computer, totally different on my wife's. Go to your website on a couple of other people's computer you'll see what I mean.

Thanks Rich
I'm aware of the issues with the site and I'm working on it. I already rewrote the whole website and uploaded it again but it did not took care of the viewing problems. I will have to try another way.
Thanks again for the advice.

Landi

I tried once to write something a bit more sophisticated, and it's insanely hard. I am using Firefox and I have the same viewing problems, but hey, VERY nice planes!
