The only thing higher than a house is a windmill. They are very much like New Orleans, but better prepared. Probably, at the coastal area they will have a sea wall. You may get some lift off of that. Do you have a hi-start?

Yes I have a high start and a small zip start but you never know where youll find a nice place so I thought I'd ask... Obiously if they have the wind mills they have the wind. The seawalls might be high enough for lift....
