Need Help

I just bought a Omei 2000 glider. 76" ws, 47 oz weight. It came with a speed 500 motor and a 8x6 folding prop. I have a great planes C-50 ESC. Can I use this ESC with this motor? What size Lipo battery pack do I need?

Just checked the Tower site. Your C50 is for a brushed motor and can handle 5-10 cells. It is NOT Lipo optimized and will let you take a Lipo down below safe levels. If it was me, I'd push the motor to 10 cells and when it died buy something better. There are still good brushed motor available.
