If these were the only choices I had I would go with the Salto, lighter, almost half the wing loading, slightly shorter wing but V tail (reduced drag).

In "low" wind though I am not sure either design will be much fun. Just my 2 cents.

I was going with the Salto too until I read reviews in RC groups saying it flies horrible
How about this one?

It looks like they both use the same airfoil. Since that's the case, I'd go with the one that has a lighter wing loading.

You're better off if you can go a little bigger. Bigger stuff flies better especially in light air. I'm not sure if it's the same Blanik but one about that size was reviewed in QFI a couple of years ago. The reviewer seemed to like it well enough.

I bought the BlanikL23 106", also another glider for light wind conditions.
Now I wont be tempted to fly the Blanik unless its 15mph or more.

So when its 15mph wind , how does the Blanik flies?
How does it lands?
Tips for building it
Where exactly is the CG

Are there any reviews online?

Thanks
