You need to know the Watts that will be produced by the motor, multiply amps by volts to get Watts divide by the weight in lbs to find Watts/lb, I would hazzard a guess at 60watts/lb to be sufficient for a high lift wing aircraftm hotlinners generally have about 100 too 150 watts/lb down to something like a J3 Cub at 50watts/lb.
