Help Discus 4 meter!

Will a Cemech Marathon 200 turning a 14x10 at 4500 rpm lift my 8-9 pound Discus?

You need to know the Watts that will be produced by the motor, multiply amps by volts to get Watts divide by the weight in lbs to find Watts/lb, I would hazzard a guess at 60watts/lb to be sufficient for a high lift wing aircraftm hotlinners generally have about 100 too 150 watts/lb down to something like a J3 Cub at 50watts/lb.
