South Texas Soaring!!!

We had a fun fly at our club field and an honored guest showed up and put on a soaring clinic. Ole Baldie was sure an inspirational sight indeed!!!!

All I see in South Texas (Spring Area) is buzzards, but they sure help me find the thermals.

Buzzards are the norm out at our field (Jetero) too but I heard a screech and looked up and saw a white hooded raptor. Glad someone got a camera on it because I was wondering if I really saw what I saw. There are a couple of other shots out on the jetero.com website along with funfly pics.....
