Graupner the german co used to make an arf a couple of years ago, they tend to pop up on ebay quite often.Beware there is also a larger one by graupner that was in kit form made in the seventies.
I have also come across one made by one of these chinese arf companies, dont know the name of the co. or of the quality.
As for the graupner ones i have both and both build quality and flyng characteristics are great

Stop looking around , if You wish to have best Foka 4 that is on the market You need to write to Mr. Zbigniew Michalczyk and see his web http://mysite.verizon.net/vze2qbfc/id14.htmlsite . You will find his model are the 100% scale model and exelent prices . I do have plans of Foka 4 that was part of the German kit .$#@&^%$#@! .
