wat can handle wind?
hey i live at the beach and i need a plane that can REALLY handle wind. is it possible to get an aerobird xtreme, strenghthen it and use it as a slope soarer? wat i need is something reletively small, handles wind, flies good, and preferably a foamy.....any ideas?

How big a slope are you talking, and how much wind?
I would say a light, clean 60" crunchie would be my choice, so something like a Skyking Shrike would be a good idea. A Banana would also fly well in light lift and be fast enough that you wont get bored. Slope soaring is a ball, and if you have the hill and the wind you'll have a great time.

I go with the EPP. Zagi's are OK but there are better. Try Xit(UK) or - For real fun - Wowings from Australia.

My favorite wing for high winds is a Bowman Hobbies Sonic (better than a zagi).
Those aerobirds really aren't that maneuverable or tough. Look at a dedicated slope bird.
