Most loops!
Most rolls over a given length!
Closest flying to the hill - likely lead to a skip off the hillside.
Extend a pair of poles out into the lift. Fly between them. or, if there is some character of the hill that creates a target to fly close to or between, that is even better.
Precision landing in a circle set up as a bulls eye.
Pylon racing around the slope for time or head to head. Or, top speed around a marked course. Not quite DS, but it could take on a bit of speed run character.
If you are flying foamies, and can get down the hill easily, you can fly contact full combat.
Or put streamers on them and fly streamer combat.
Knock the can off the table. Soda cans work well. Super light. Just don't hit the table!!! Again foamies would be best here.
Best looking! Worst Looking!
Most spectacular crash.
Just some thoughts.

RE: Slope Funfly question
one thing i have done with my wingwarrior was park my old ford truck in the parking lot a little ways away from the hill and see who can land in the back of it
dont use anything but foam gliders other wise your car wont look so good after the funs over
another idea is to see who can fly the longest with the most amount of ballast wieght in thier plane.
and who can fly the longest upside down and how far away from the hill they can get still upside down ( and still make it back up the hill inverted)

Touch and goes are hard to do well on the slope. Most axial rolls as well. Rolling circles are hard too (been working on them though).
Have you thought about short-course racing, say 4 laps of 50 meters? Racing is fun as long as the planes are similar, like all foam combat wings.

Man, THAT is the move of a dyed-in-the-wool sloper. I flew at a spot one day that required flying under some low wires, whipping a 180 and coming back to where I stood to land, and I thought I would never make it...

Any natural obstacle makes for fun, my fav is telephone wires, looping over them and riding on them like a skateboarder does with a handrail....

That's fun until a carbon ship contacts more that one wire at a time..... However, it is VERY cool to see.
