RE: glider storage
I use PVC in my vehicle for transporting my planes, but use adjustable shelving bits for wall storage. I have pictures but don't know how to put them in RCU posts.

RE: glider storage
Thanks vasek. Hopefully, here we go.
The shed picture is when it was new and all the shelving pieces were not in place, thus the lack of planes.
The PVC frame is not glued. All joints are screwed allowing for adjustments. This came in handy when I changed vehicles and needed to shorten the frame. The cross beam that the planes rest on are dowel rods (1" dia).
The reason for the large space under the frame is for my work related cases to fit in. This way I can keep those in the vehicle and still put my planes in. This also came in handy just recently when luggage for a vacation and modelling supplies could be taken on a two week holiday (vacation).
Hope this helps,
Keith

Great shots of the VAN rack. I saved them as I am getting a new Crossover and I may try to use some of your ideas.
Thanks for posting the photos.

I've seen allot oef guys use box trailers for transporting. They use Wing carriers, like from Ace Wing Carrier to hang there wings and then put the planes or giders on PVC or wood shelving. Not a bad system.

What I do is monitor ebay and craigslist. When an 88-note keyboard case comes up cheap I grab it. A few very easy mods they make great glider cases for all but the largest gliders.
