clear canopies?
20 oz, 28 oz, 2 liter and 3 liter soda bottles. Often you can just cut to shape and install. I'm using a piece from a green 2-liter on my sailplane now. Looks good with the green canopy.

Pop bottles. To get really fancy, carve a mold out of wood, then heat and stretch the pop bottle over the mold to get he desired shape. (This might require gloves, and an extra pair of hands..)
