I think this sloper will come out light. Do I need to add weight, and how much?

Provide some info about the plane.

Provide some info about the flying conditions.

I have sloped discuss launched gliders that weigh 6 ounces, but not in strong winds.

Unless your winds are constantly strong, the general rule is build light and add ballast as necessary. Of courese if 20 mph is a light day for you, that is another matter.

You can always add ballast later. Foamies respond well to 8-16 ounces of weight (either a dedicated "hersheybar" of lead, or roofing flash flattened into a slab). The best bet is to build it as light and straight as possible, then tape your ballast on securely on the big days.

Super Scooters fly great btw. They are great for stuff like formation touch-n-gos. They handle really well.

My Zagi 5C, which is a bit heavy to begin with, sometimes needs weight. I tape iron washers to the bottom. Works great.

The super scooter wing is clean and can do surprisingly well at low weight. I wouldn't go loading it up-- rather, I'd keep it light and use it for days when you want to do aerobatics when lesser planes are having trouble just staying in the air.

I made a semi-scale PSS me109 from a modded super scooter wing and it's great from 6 mph to about 15 on most hills. It's a thin wing and without a lot of reinforcement it would flex if you ballasted it.

Andrew "the Canuck" shot some pics of my 109 at the last Soar Utah. This is from the gallery page on his site:
