NSP Shark - Comments?
My friend had one. He built it very heavy (his fault..he glassed the whole fuse and wing and painted it). It was very fast, and flew well in good wind. At a normal weight, I'd imagine it would fly good in normal wind too.

Shark? That's not a shark - this is a shark.
Sorry the thumbnails are broken. This was built by one of my buddies out at Point Fermin, CA. It's a sloper! Flies pretty good too.

Shark
I built my Shark about a year ago and have flown it at least a few dozen times. It was my first slope racer and flies very nice in lighter air. Add ballast and it penetrates well. I put a light layer of glass on the fuse and ultracoated the wing. It came out around 27 o.z. if my memory serves me right. I fly it most of the time with a couple of ounces in it. I actually like the fact that it is an all wood plane. It is holding up very nicely. One negative thing I think could be improved upon. The ailerons I seem to be a bit large. I was told while this helps maneuverability it creates a bit of drag.
good luck
