Oz, my hosemonster is the catapult only 50" of rubber 50" of line and another 125" clipped to that. None of my gliders have a tow release. Im flying in about the same cramped coditions you are, maybe alittle more cramped at my shop but i havent had any problems yet, im sure yet is the key word here. I now have the winch up and running it worked great this past weekend so.... if your needin another one to use let me know.

I have a generator if needed too. Boy do we need a big old hay field! I would like to get some winch practice in though. I think I work this week end but we should see better weather soon.

Oz, let me know when your available on the weekend and we'll get together, i also have a small generator thats real quiet if need be.
Used the winch alot last weekend, i need to do something different with my foot switch, had a mishap when my foot came off the switch and i couldnt get back on it fast enough my Expro was only about 30" up and popped off, had some damage to the tail section no big deal to fix, but i ordered a new fuse from SUSA ill keep this one just in case. Call me and we''ll get some flying done when the weather is better.

Holy High starts Batmen,
Is this really an"08" thread? Well I may be trying for the SLOWEST BUILDER award.
Any how I have demothballed the BB build.
here are somepics.
I have the lazar cut ribs, The carbon parts are in the tube in pic 3, And I have the Kevlar tow for wrapping the spar. I ruined a nice wing joiner rod making the Kevlar tubes. ( don't cut expensive carbon in the middle of the night) A new one is in the mail. An e-fuse is in the offing if I can get the spousal unit to loosen the purse strings. ALES limiters arrived two weeks ago.

No project is ever lost until you say so. Glad you are picking this back-up.

Pictures and descriptions is what we want to see. Every detail!
