Default Deimos 600

I bought a Deimos 600 V-tail ele glider at a auction yesterday. It is a ARF new in the box.
The instructions say to use a 600 size motor?? As I am not a electric type person, I could use some help. Anyone have this plane and what power system do I use.
Thanks
Jim

I got one of these too. They are an older Czech arf, but require a lot of assembly. I am putting an inrunner in it, about 300 watts max and 1500 kv, planning on a 3s LiPo and 9-6 prop.

I got a lot of 20 plus year old kits (ARF) from a collector. These will fly fine with newer power systems and radio, which are smaller, lighter and more powerful.

you could put an out runner in it too. You would need one made to mount behind a firewall, and to cut out a place for the wires. You will need to build with an eye towards getting the weight forward. A speed 600 weighed around 5-6oz.
